We currently ship to the continental United States and will soon offer international shipping. When ordering a gift box for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow an extra day for delivery. For example, when you select Next Business Day service to Hawaii, your gift box will be delivered on the 2nd Business Day.

Our preferred carrier is UPS, and it does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

When you complete placing your order on our secure website, a "Thank You" page will display verifying that your order was received. Shortly after your order is processed, you will receive two e-mail confirmations from itsallinthebox.com. One e-mail will confirm your order has been processed and the second e-mail will confirm your credit card has been processed. For hand delivery, the best way to customize your It’s All In The Box gift is to use the enclosed gift card and include a handwritten message as well as your business card, if applicable. You can also choose our gift wrap option, which includes ribbon and a custom-printed card with your name or your name and logo.

Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days. For example, if you place your order on Friday before 12:00 p.m. (noon) MST and request 2nd Business Day delivery, we will ship your gift basket on Friday and it will be delivered on Tuesday. If you place your order on Friday after 12:00 p.m. (noon) MST and request Second Business Day delivery, we will ship your gift box on Monday and it will be delivered on Wednesday.
Shipping rates vary by gift box. During checkout, you will choose your shipping option and the cost will be added to your total order.

Each gift box is wrapped in a protective bag and then packed in a custom-fit, thick corrugated shipping box.
